my story
I am a web developer based in Bern with a strong interest in design and photography. I started my career with a mediamatics apprenticeship, where I discovered my love for web design. That interest led me to switch to an IT apprenticeship to deepen my technical skills.
Since then, I have worked with several small businesses, building websites and solutions that balance clean design with solid code.
I enjoy every step of the process, from planning and designing to developing responsive and user-friendly sites.
Beyond coding, I am passionate about visual storytelling and photography, and I love bringing a designer’s eye to everything I do. For me, great work is about combining creativity and technology to make ideas come to life.

IT & Mediamatics apprentice
Completed both my Mediamatics and IT apprenticeships here, gaining a solid foundation in technical skills, digital media and problem-solving.
Front-end developer / UX designer
Worked at a small Bitcoin startup where I developed the app using React Native and Kotlin. Later, I also contributed to the app’s design using Figma, combining development with a strong focus on user experience.
Webdesigner
Responsible for maintaining and updating all company websites. Handled ongoing adjustments, ensured consistent design quality, and was partially involved in marketing tasks to support campaigns.
Web Developer
I maintain and update our websites, develop new features, and provide technical support. I also help design and develop our interactive city trails, working with AI and augmented reality to create engaging experiences for our users.

Design is all about people, and I think it helps to know the person behind the work. Beyond my professional skills and experience, there’s a lot that shapes how I see the world and approach creativity.
That’s why I’ve put together a little FAQ. Not about design methods or work history, but about the small, fun, and meaningful things that make me me. It’s a lighthearted way to share what inspires me, what I love doing in my free time, and what I care about.
Definitely coffee. I drink it every day and I love it with lots of oat milk, especially Oatly. My favorite way to make it is with my Coffee B machine. For me, coffee is not just fuel for coding and designing but also a little ritual that makes my day feel calmer and more focused.
I absolutely LOVE cats. I have two amazing cats at home, Soya and Maui. They both have such different personalities and keep things interesting every day. I love their independent but affectionate nature and how they always find the coziest spots to nap. Honestly, I love all animals. I live vegan and try to make choices that respect every living being. Animal protection and welfare are very important to me, and I enjoy supporting causes that help make a difference.
I collect plushies. It might seem a little quirky, but I love having cute, soft reminders of things that make me happy. It is comforting, a bit nostalgic, and adds a playful touch to my space. I think you are never too old to keep things around you that make you smile.
I am really into gaming. I love exploring new worlds, solving puzzles, and going on epic quests. It is such a great way to relax, challenge myself, and even get inspired for creative projects. I think gaming brings together storytelling, art, and technology in such an exciting way.
Living vegan is very important to me, not just for my own health but to reduce harm to animals and the planet. I try to be mindful about the impact of my choices and enjoy learning about ways to live more sustainably. Supporting animal welfare, making kinder choices, and speaking up for those without a voice is something I really care about.
